My name is Ryen Overlin.  I am the owner and creator of  RO Knives.  I retired from the US Army at the end of 2019.  The majority of my military career has been spent in the Airborne and Special Operations community.  I started making knives six years ago in my garage using hand files, sand paper, a homemade forge, and pure stubbornness.

I would love to put knives in the hands of people who need them and use them, whether that be someone who hunts and fishes, someone hiking the PCT, or that service member in far off lands who may rely on that blade to make it home safely.  No matter who it is or what they are doing, I get a great sense of satisfaction knowing my knives are being used and appreciated!
